When you arrive at 366 Adelaide Street East, take the elevator to the suite given in your appointment confirmation and follow the signs for Therapy Suites.
Our waiting area provides a comfortable, quiet space before your appointment begins. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any remaining paperwork.

Our practice location is conveniently accessible by multiple transportation options
By TTC
- Subway: King station on Line 1. Then a 12-minute walk or streetcar.
- Streetcar: 504 King. Closest stop at King & Sherbourne.
- Bus: 65 Parliament. Closest stop at Parliament & Adelaide. Connects to Castle Frank station on Line 2.
By GO Transit
All GO lines arrive at Union Station, 1.3 km southwest of us.
- Streetcar: The 504 King runs east to Sherbourne Street every few minutes. About 10 minutes.
- On foot: A flat walk east along King Street. About 20 minutes.
- Taxi or rideshare: Under 10 minutes.
By Car
Paid parking is available adjacent to the building:
