Psychological Treatment
Evidence-based therapy for mental health concerns
Life presents challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Anxiety that interferes with daily functioning, depression that drains meaning from activities you once enjoyed, trauma that keeps resurfacing, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling stuck—these experiences are more common than many people realize, and they respond well to professional support.
Our Approach
Individualized care rooted in evidence-based practice
Our psychological treatment helps with anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of related concerns. Care is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to your specific needs and preferences. We don't believe in forcing you into a predetermined treatment box. Instead, we draw from our training in multiple therapeutic approaches to create an individualized path forward.

What to Expect
Understanding the treatment process
Treatment typically begins with one or two sessions focused on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. Together, we develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Sessions are generally 50 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly, though frequency may be adjusted based on your progress and preferences.
The length of treatment varies depending on the nature and complexity of your concerns. Some focused issues may resolve in 6-12 sessions, while more complex or longstanding difficulties may benefit from longer-term work. Throughout treatment, we regularly review progress and adjust our approach as needed.
